Young K is someone that I desperately would like to hear cover all songs that exist. He blends really well in any genres. He really sings effortlessly but effortful and with his own style with respect to the original artist. Not overdoing things, just enjoying the song and playing with his vocals, while still being able to deliver the emotions perfectly. He has a beautiful voice with this rock edge that is just wicked, plus he is one good looking guy with the sexiest hair! My genre of music is simply all music and talented musicians that I like so when a friend introduced me to Kpop a few years back, I found out quickly that Kpop is full of great music and talent and I’ve barely touched the surface. Last month the same friend sent me a link to a cover of “Never Not” by Lauv and I loved it and went from there finding out who they both were. I only watched Young K’s cover songs at first and I didn’t know that he was in a band but was happy to find Day6. Still finding out about them and more of their music but I like it so far.
