you see a lot of rap artists struggle to keep up with pace of performance live.... not Young MC. He killed it. Still one of the best songs in the genre to be written and performed, iconic to this day. India was great, but would have been amazing to see Crystal Blake there performing too.

This is the only truly live hip hop performance I”ve ever seen, with every track performed completely live by a real band, no prerecorded anything. Unreal. In hindsight, YoungMC was probably the most influential musician to my musical ear. I put the first few albums on and realized, all the funky basslines I thought I came up with over the years, are all on is records. fml
