I’m a critical care physician - the autopsy report states the cause of death is “generalized trauma with rupture of right adrenal gland involved by OCCULT PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA; Delayed effects. A pheochromocytoma is an adrenal gland tumor (adrenal gland is like an organ that sits on the kidney like a hat would sit on your head) - this is an EXTREMELY rare tumor that secretes hormones (catecholamines) which are typically responsible for blood pressure control and other electrolyte and hormonal changes. People who have these tumors are cursed with extremely high, uncontrollable blood pressures and eventually it is found that they have this tumor and it’s possibly to treat, but often times it is removed. Basically, there was blunt force trauma to the abdominal region that affected the adrenal gland and tumor, which is a very vascular tumor, and caused it to burst. These tumors bleed, A LOT. The kidneys hold up to 22% of the body’s blood volume at a time, which is more than any other organ outside of the lungs. Basically, I share all of this because this is the second tragic death story that I’ve heard of happening and it could very well be due to an underlying condition the female already had. It goes to show that any little altercation (or big) could result in tragic loss of life. There is no such thing as a “casual” fight. It’s not worth it. The other cause was dealing with a man who was charged with reckless homicide after he threw a single punch at a bar and killed the other man, but it was found the guy had a tumor that likely would have killed him anyway, however due to the vascular nature and growth of the tumor pressing against the brain, it only took a little force to cause a brain bleed and he died, putting the other guy in prison. It’s not worth it.

An in cases like these, its usually the offended partner who goes to war with the mistress, and not holding accountability to the fiance who cheated on you. Now, she lost her toxic family, she allowed to feed off her issues, lost freedom, her children, and no more man who can go out and find many more women and live a free life. And on top of this a woman is dead who will not be there for her child, no husband. All around a very toxic hot mess! I do not know the backround but just what we see in the video but it seems they were all close in sense to know where they lived, and to meet up..The drama spiraled off to a bad ending...also whether the victim knew he was engaged/relationship or not still did not give the right for her life to be gone. All around lives ruined and gone, and innocent children effected for life as well. Toxicity strung on an evil string is chaotic! Never good to be in a toxic set up, under any circumstance and if you are having difficulty to leave make a escape plan in a clever way. Ladies and gentd if you are in a crippling relationship, and you feel stuck..you feel like its hard to leave because the other half move in silence and get a safety exit asap. Not sure if this guy was also maybe using the woman charged with the death all the while being with the victim that died, including her being married. Stringing one another along can cause your life. Men and women need to be completely healed and single for at least 6mnths to a year to enter new relationships..Cheating no matter what relationship set up is never a good idea. Very sad and disturbing story. They all knew what was right and wrong, and the end result was a detriment.
@EveretteCrudup_AMFT2 ай бұрын
So to be fair. People who come from communities where fighting is a means of solving problems- would not see a reason to believe that fighting alone would kill some; especially when the person is young and appears healthy. They know this from past experiences. Regarding the statement: l will kill you!” This phrase is commonly used as figure of speech to suggest a severe beat down. Now if she came out of the house with an object that could reasonably cause death- then you could say it was an intentional homicide. This is a case of untreated mood dysregulation, a dysfunctional relationship triangle, mixed with the fire of betrayal. I don’t know how many people have to die before we realize that cheating is a DEATH WISH! Even the Bible tells us this in Proverbs 7. People who cheat do not value their lives. You never know who is mentally unstable in the situation; It could even be YOU and therein lies the danger! Most people don’t know that the brain can hijack your bodies functions responding to a major threat. It’s called a fight or flight episode. (Amygdala Hijack). This is a natural process that is designed to work under PERCEIVED life threatening events by blocking access to the logic and reasoning center of the brain to react impulsively to save your life. It works great when a bear is chasing you or when you need to jump out of the way of a crashing car. However- untreated childhood trauma can REWIRE the brain so that this response is triggered in inappropriate situations. However, if you look at Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs you will see that “Love” is one of the basic needs of humans for survival. The Amygdala Hijack process is activated before your brain has a chance to know what is happening. This is why people don’t stop to think about what they have to live for like kids, etc. They literally CANNOT do it because the system is designed to stop your logic center from getting involved until AFTER so no time is wasted. I hope you all google what I shared and spread the word. It could save your lives.
