This time, I went on Omegle and met Japanese speakers!
Currently, I speak 9 languages, which I studied properly. These are English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Indonesian, Russian, and Hindi. Apart from that, I speak Japanese for sure, which is my mother tongue and I'm finally learning German!
Furthermore, I know a tiny bit of Swedish, Turkish, Polish, Romanian, Farsi, Swahili, Tagalog, Burmese, Thai, and Bengali!
Of course, my skills of these languages are still far from sufficient.
The thing I value the most, however, is the attitude to trying to know their culture.
Interacting with people from different background is an eye-opening experience and that makes me really happy.
I wanna inspire people to learn different languages.

I usually don't comment on videos much, but this one is exceptional... Well done Kazuma! Especially the Korean girl at the end. She needed your praise as a native speaker of Japanese... i think your words alone will encourage her to learn more and perhaps even learn Kanji. Well done my friend! 👍

The Korean girl blew my mind. I can discern only because of lifelong anime, but if I close my eyes, I feel like I'm listening to a native speaker. She has almost no accent. I'm 30, and having watched so much anime, I'm still only basic. It's incredible and inspiring. I have no time for languages :( because I'm a professional artist / game developer, and all my hours are put into harnessing and nurturing that one skill. But your channel inspires me to learn Kazu. You're humble, so skilled, and these interactions show us how alike we are than our perceived differences. I've been binging your whole channel.

@@ijustsneezed8814 First I learned Hiragana, then I learned basic grammar. After that I used this app called Anki. Anki is a flashcard software system that uses recall and spaced repetition to help you Sentences. It's a lot more efficient than traditional study methods, and you can either greatly decrease your time spent studying or greatly increase the amount that you learn. So I used Anki and wrote down hundreds of sentences and Anki basically made me able to remember those sentences. And now I am at a level where I can comfortably speak Japanese with people, of course I am still not perfect and I am still somewhat lacking in vocabulary, but I am much better than I would have been if I just studied individual words.
