So Georgie found a way to have gambling for cash legal just with an extra step. This is more or less how it works in Japan with the exception of the place that buys the prizes being separate at least on paper.

Not going to happen, she's too smart, and so is Georgie, and they can drag down the Police/Sheriff for corruption and taking bribes - BUT BUT BUT what may happen is that they catch wind of a raid and shut it down themselves and then take Meemaw's money and launder it and use it to jumpstart Georgie's first tire store business "DR. TIRE" and the rest is history.
