i'm a big fan of a large variety of music from many genres and eras, but i gotta give it to thugger: his voice does something for me. nobody else does with melody what he does. not only that but if you listen to some of the deeper cuts on his more professional projects like Jeffery or especially Barter 6, he's really good at conveying a wide range of motions, from the intense charisma of harambe to the depressed stupor of OD to the sensual intensity of givenchy, he's really got a knack for melodies and vibes, and that's a lot more rare than a rapper that has good bars. also his hooks are 10/10 catchy.
