Young Thug lawyer makes argument about communicating with client

At least 16 people, including rappers Young Thug and Gunna, were back in court Thursday morning as part of a sweeping RICO case involving ties to Young Slime Life being pursued by Fulton County's district attorney.
Young Thug, whose legal name is Jeffery Williams, was in court for a motion hearing as well as Sergio Kitchens, known as rapper Gunna. Judge Ural Glanville oversaw the proceedings.

I understand the courts attempt to protect the integrity of this case as well as protect other litigates and potential witnesses from harm. But to deny a defendants right to confer with his attorney is aggregious and seemingly unjust. The ability to discuss the discovery package with the defendant is crucial in order for attorneys to create the best possible defense strategy. It seems to me that this ruling would be grounds for appeal if he is found guilty.

It appears that your multimedia editor, if you have one (if you don’t you obviously need one) didn’t do his job on this title. The title itself, in correct English communicates that the lawyer is a thug, thereby slandering him. You could, of course say that it was simply a mistake, BUT in my opinion, as Arbiters of Truth (as news organizations are supposed to be) ALL communication to the public, either verbal or written should be representing the truth and NOT offering opinions as to the veracity of the content of said communication. I’ve noticed that this happens quite often with whomever writes the teleprompter script for your live news anchors. Several times I’ve heard a communication that totally belies what you are actually trying to communicate concerning what the video clip is showing. All in all I enjoy what I see from your channel. I do propose that better care be taken by the powers that be to ensure that proper scripting, teleprompter or titling of KZbin snippets, be taken to insure correct interpretation of what you intend to communicate.
