Elections matter and you see what you have in Georgia right now. to have an ex parte conference with the judge, the prosecuting attorney and a witness without inviting the defense attorney is going to get this guy off the case, you would think this judge would know better. If he must recuse himself, it speaks volumes about the people in your justice system in Georgia.
