Even if they get a new judge..the jury is still going to find him guilty. If they get a new jury, that’s even worse. The system plays chess..not checkers. What’s unheard of are the actions the judge took not only have ex parte communications but then trying to hold the defense counsel in contempt for not disclosing how he heard the meeting took place. A special prosecutor should look at that action as a possible obstruction of justice charge.
