What a brilliant rebuttal to the state's case against denying this man bond 👏 However as the lawyer for Mr. Williams stated we have done everything any defendant could do to assure his client will show up for trial and should be granted bond. Yet with all that he still was denied I have to say this is so messed up on so many levels this is definitely a political back room dealing they already agreed not to grant bond to this man no matter what was offered or said in court, the state should be ashamed of themselves on how their railroading this man. By no means am I a fan of this man or the music it's destructive to our community but damn how you're going to denied this man bond on music lyrics that you don't know jack about including me and say because it's in a song it must be true. Wish I had lawyers like this. He was not a danger for 10 years. While they were investigating him. Why can't he get a bound with all the things they are willing to use to keep tabs on him. You can't fight a case from jail. The jury is going to look at this as guilt. Do I think he was involved more likely but that ain't the point of a bond hearing. Your supposed to be inacent til proven gulity.. They just making a point that money can't get you out of trouble. Maybe it's a good thing for other people to take a look at their life's. But still feel everyone deserves a bond. I hate it when prosecutor's bring up thing's in a bound hearing that should not be. All them lyrics for example. Just crazy the judge would let this go on. Oh yeah and they had to put that fuck the judge or what ever it was. They think they slick. Then on the other hand this happens every day in bound hearing to regular people with out money. They get a appointed lawyer end up taking the plea cause their spirt broke from being in jail with no bound. Even if they innocent they take the plea because they know the judge is going to throw the book at them if they don't. And it hard to think the jury is going to get it right when the jury only hear half truths from the prosecutor. The legal system is broke and regular people don't have a chance.

The judge has not a single intention of granting Thugs bond. He’s rolling his eyes yawing slapping his hand on the stand like he has a more important matters to handle elsewhere. Rappers, this is what your up against when expressing through your Hip Hop lyrics and you come from a life of poverty and gang activity. Country music and other genres of music can get away with it…because there’s no agenda against them. The law doesn’t care what good you do or have done. They’ll only see the negative because it’s profitable for private systems and I’m sure there are some sort of financial benefits for people such as judges and DAs who can almost assure that these private systems stay full of young black men. You don’t see a lot of old black men going to prison do you? Their life expectancy is the reason for that…bring them in young so they can have a lengthy sentence. More profit more state and federal fundings. 😏😏😏😒 the Judge is trash. If Mr Williams is innocent of the charges being place on him, I hope he gets out and leaves the hip hop alone all together. Become a full-time business man and continue to help your community. Listening to the prosecutor earlier was just like listening to nails dragging across a chalkboard! It was horrible.

The judge, I think, was clarifying that the Prosecution did not claim that the Defendant was intimidating witnesses but is THE leader of a gang and can harm potential witnesses. This is something the judge has to consider. The Defendant's lawyer indirectly insinuated that he is not the Leader of the gang and everything presented as facts in the case will not hold true or even be admitted in a future trial.

Thugs got a good lawyer but it doesn't even matter when that crabby ass judge had the word "No" on the tip of his toungue from the start. His mind was so made up that he didn't even want to hear the witnesses... So nothing anybody could have said would have made a difference in this set outcome. That little boy who testified put his whole heart and soul into his testimony and this "judge" only listened to it half heartedly, maybe a little impressed at how well spoken he was but he didn't really allow himself to hear sh*t that kid had to say... even though it was all truth. Has Thug done some illegal sh*t? Yeah... (I'd like to know who hasn't.🤔🥴) He's got a trial coming up for it....and, according to the Justice system, he is INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty IN COURT. (supposedly) So WHY deny him bond? He can afford it and has all these people to back him up, both financially and otherwise. Using his song lyrics is a far reach... Are we gonna start locking up and stripping constitutional rights from every single artist in America who's sang a song about doing drugs or killing people? I can think of several country, alternative and rock artists who don't have their lyrics scrutinized and then used in court against them like this. Our own national anthem talks about bombs and war. The truth is, This whole d*mned country was built on WAR, LIES, THEFT, & MURDER. When will we see "Justice" for all of the indiginous people who lived here for thousands of years before this land was STOLEN from them? We won't... but thats why ya'll starting to see that this entire country is cursed as fuck... When will we see "Justice" for all of the slaves who were brought here against their will and tortured and treated like animals (that's an understatement) for their ENTIRE lives and that pain was passed on through their blood to their children and their children's children. This whole thing with Young Thug is just the govornment showing you that in these situations your "rights" don't mean sh*t, regardless of who you are... and they reserve the right to do whatever the f*ck they want to whomever the f*ck they want, whenever the f*ck they want. If you read this far, thanks for your time. I hope you have a beautiful day.

95% of lyrics is Cap / Lies , even the way you flex or stunt or wear expensive jewelry that you dont have ..and the mansion you never lived in you lied about in a song , What im saying is lyrics come from anywhere could be a person sitting next to you seeing you struggle to write a song and chip in a few lyrics or you wrote the chorus and ghost writer wrote the verse , and nobody wanna walk around saying they have ghost writers its bad for business , they could have looked it this from so many different perspectives , but there was no actual focus on this case and the situation only to remove Young Thug because of his image / branding , I Strongly believe this is a set up !

Just think, he's offering millions of dollars, to wear a ankle bracelet, 24 hour police surveillance, cameras in the house, all visitors hand picked by the court, surrendering his passport plus having all calls monitored and the judge STILL said "no bail."😔 Not 2 mention he's 1 of the most popular musicians in the world. If he’s in jail ppl still in danger. This shit is bigger than ysl/yfn at this point it’s a neighborhood thing. That beef is so deep till the point where ppl who’s not even around thug nor lucci gets involved because of the neighborhood they’re from. I hear ppl who doesn’t be around lucci saying fuck ysl and Cleveland Ave everyday and vice versa just because they’re from a particular area. But to the DA it all involves ysl/yfn and that’s not true. Ysl/yfn are not gangs they are neighborhood cliques which now some residents have made into record labels. In the DA case hell they might as well arrest the entire neighborhoods involved including parents, aunties, uncles, and the kids.
