Facts!but even bigger facts is as unbias as this judge is there a much worse. And someone is even lucky to see a judge that even pretends to gaf like this guy which he does horribly. The court system is very insensitive. Overwhelming. And deliberately remorseless with its tactics and even states it is legal for them to break the law to uphold it. In almost every section. And in a trial the evidence really means less then anything the jurors have been led to believe about you so I believe the publicity has a double edged sword and they are manipulating the jury pick and jury selection by deformation of character over hearsay and implanting a devil narrative at every corner.. most jurors I'm sure will have they're mind made up already because of this. And that is illegal it is juror manipulating and so is the right to a speedy trial they're saying in trial buttt your stretching the process out to your benefit in a manor that strictly henders the defendant from proper defense while you can build up a sermontable force Noone has a chance against especially In these times! All your evidence is illegal if you ask me the initial everything was botched and manipulated. How is this man not free. How are the detectives who broke the law with the phone not on trial for misuse and tampering of evidence. A plea deal for a co defendant is equivalent to a bribe. But it's legal tho.

When standing before this Hon. Judge arguing inadequate housing and nutrition probably not a good argument for this particular Judge based upon his temperament. Of course the indictment and charges are harsh, however he hasn’t been convicted of anything surrounding the underline charges. People are given bond under harsher accusations and charges all the time. It appears the court and prosecutors want him to follow suit, take a plea deal. Mr. Williams I enjoy ur music and artistry, i must say this situation isn’t looking good . Freedom of speech can sometimes come back to haunt you, when you find yourself in criminal custody. Keep the faith maintain ur energy

@danielpires8940 Жыл бұрын
Blah Blah Blah ..... No, you are wrong, People ARE NOT given bonds under harsher accusations and charges all the time. This criminal is currently in the midst of a trial that has already begun. I as an attorney know of no cases in which a defendant in a RICO case is presently in the midst of trial and is granted bond. Even if this case was a pre-trial bond request, after listening to the arguments on both sides here and reading the law governing release on bond, I would have to agree with the judge's ruling denying bond. Particularly the unchallenged evidence concerning his codefendant's, or others associated with Young Thug attempting to contact him about potential witnesses in the case. That evidence which his attorney never disputed is critical and decisive, and denying bond upon the basis of it was fair. Although his music may be good to you and for that reason he should be released, for us law-abiding productive members of society, people like Young Thug should be incarcerated, in jail, in prison. They are a danger to society and the proffers by the prosecution, and the RICO indictment returned by the grand jury details the reason why. I edit my comments and go one step further to say, that after hearing the arguments, reading the indictment, and other evidence presented, I'll say the Judge will be an absolute damn fool to release Young Thug on bond in the middle of a trial in this case. Young Thug has his day in court, if he is innocent then he should be delighted that his trial has begun to prove that, in the meantime, he belongs in jail until his constitutional guaranteed trial has completed in his favor,

@@MechanicsvilleBlack so you can’t feel sorry for a generally good guy by all accounts of what I’ve heard getting denied bailed four times. Your innocent till proven guilty even tho i believe he may have did some of the things I’ve been in similar situations and know how that feels. I’ve also been on the other side of the coin with lost family members.

I feel bad for the Judge, he's basically teaching law to people who passed the bar exam already.

I’m sure if he wanted someone dead they would be dead whether he is in jail or out on bond. Also, if they let him out on Bond they can put in a stipulation that he has no electronic devices or TVs. They can also say he can have no communication with anyone except his attorney and people he lives with . JS but sounds like he is not a good candidate to be out

Judge Glanville please let this man out on Bond. It’s no real evidence he committed crimes. It’s unfortunate sooo many people judge him off the media.

Those people look scary to me. But thats an observation i see. Lets wait for the trial snd hear the evidence. Maybe they surprise me. But i have a feeling that because hes black he may be found guilty rather than a white rapper. Its disgusting but i really wish him well either way.
