Ageing is a cruel process but on the other hand we are lucky if we have good health and are able to live life to the full. Having said that, you do grieve your youth and beauty. I really get why so many older women turn to all sorts of beauty treatments, invasive and non-invasive. When you have had men chasing you all the time in your youth - it is hard to accept that all this has gone.
