I have a feeling I know both how the war doctor and the dalek within the chamber are feeling. Only people who can imagine and be able to cope with such an awareness to alternate timelines. I've imagined the inside of the chamber being black in colour with dark glowing orange circles similar to a tardis. Inside the chamber, it is partially warm with minor steam and hallucinogenic images.

In addition to what I've said, the chamber acts like a temporal nexus. Giving people the ability to see alternate timelines besides our own. But unless you have a completely open mind to the concept of time, space and reality. Otherwise, the chamber could put you into cardiac arrest and kill you.

Though and according Dalek Bumps's showcase on Dalek Time Strategist kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZm6Zaxpj9ekba8 TS's voice sometimes switched from electronic booming voice similar what TW Supreme Dalek to high pitched voice that Time Controller had.

I assume he's voicing a younger Dalek Time Strategist, hence why he sounds like that.

The voice changes and this is noted on the wiki. It's because he wanted to differentiate it from the Emperor Dalek
