Good tip for Mahi processing and other large frame fish: you can use a spoon on the frame to scoop off parts of the meat you missed when filleting, so you can then turn into a fish mince or sashimi! Just watch out for worms with sashimi from wild caught fish!

My friend William Dunn was an amazing fisherman and was very energetic. This man loved the water and the life within it. He passed away sadly way to young from demons and addictions.
