Same. Every time I try to do my own thing it doesn’t work and as soon as I replay in my head what Greg and everyone has said on this channel it’s so smooth and quick. I don’t know why I try to be a rebel 😆

I’ve been practicing on myself but these little tips are really helpful and I don’t know where I would be right now without watching these videos they are really helping me so much. Especially since I am not in the financial position to go to Nails school. I will get there one day but for now your videos are so helpful and I really appreciate you guys

I pulled a bonehead move yesterday. My husband didn’t want the smell of monomer in the house yesterday so I took my stuff out to the picnic table. My dumb ass didn’t consider it was 95° outside. It was drying so fast I looked like a dog took a lumpy dump on my nails😆

The line on the side of the sculpting form confessed me as I used too think you had too follow the vertical lines on the sides, so my nail used to look twisted, can you talk about how you would correct that please.
@youngnailsinc2 жыл бұрын
The lines on the form are a guide to follow but you don't have to use them exactly, especially if you are doing a shape other than square. If you are doing a coffin/almond/stiletto, you will pinch then end of the form closed. Look at the light reflection on the form & use that in addition to the lines as your guide.

Whenever I place my form to start sculpting it’s snug on the finger and once I start placing my bead it slips off and falls how do prevent that? Or what is the reason for it
@queenbeemo423 жыл бұрын
Do you have sweaty hands? I have heard people having some success by swiping their finger and only forming the nail they’re going to work on right away.

Why do my acrylic beads when spread out onto the nail look crumbly, clumpy, dusty, kinda like asbestos on a ceiling? Does it have to do with dryness? I would love a smooth buttery application but it's not happening for me. Thank you to anyone who can answer this and help. ♡
