WOW Dana ,just watched that till the end.I've been thinking for about 5 years now to put new ball joints in.I'm the guy with the hatch that has 520 thousand miles on my hatch and i bought it new.I've never done the ball joints,Now I'm going DAM!!!Really looking forward to looking at the repair vid on this one.I'm so glad only the car suffered the damage.i think since you have so many DIY guys we could use a good video on what happens If a shady parts looks questionable why you should bite the bullet and just fix it now ,not later.I've been driving on possible worn out parts.Thanks for not erasing that vid,It helps me realize what could happen.thank you Dana a viewer.

I had that experience to on a ball joint. Lucky I was on a full stop and when I press on the gas pedal it snap off.. you should tell the owner to replaces both . Less worries in the future.

If that hatch is a 92, all 92's were pre-wired for vtec whether they came with it or not. Definitely lucky that ball joint popped where/when it did! That could have been very ugly!
