You guys are great, and thanks Vince for all the Cleveland stuff. You explained the Torso Murders better than George Condon, a well-known Cleveland author. I live in Wisconsin, but I grew up in Lyndhurst, moved away in '79, the beginning of the Rustbelt Era. Still return to visit family, friends, class reunions, and solar eclipses! I remember the turbulent 60's and 70's with the racial riots in Hough and Glenville, the Mob and all the bombings, and lots of Hell's Angels around the Heights and Collingwood area as well. A Jewish syndicate guy was a neighbor, he got busted for counterfeiting in '65. My Jewish ex-wife's family is in vending there, an old reliable all cash racket. Many of my friends were and are Italians, the annual Feast of the Assumption in Little Italy was great fun and food. Im sure we rubbed elbows with plenty of associates there, it was a happy gathering at that place, never a hassle.I knew where Shonder Birns lived (when he was still in one piece) and would see him go by sometimes with his entourage, what a sight, a couple of shiny Lincolns! Best wishes, all of yoose! I'm a big fan and associate 😉
