According to former Bangladesh former Chief Justice Surendra Sinha who was removed from office by Sheikh Hasina, the present Yunus setup is illegal as there is no constitutional provision for such a set up. So any decisions taken by this setup isn't legal. Also just think will India allow such a thing to happen for Hasina, no. Modi must have definitely spoken on this issue with Yunus and warned him to refrain from this. Why would you want UN to investigate the student deaths which country gets internal matters investigated by UN. Do not you have police and courts to investigate that; what have you built in these 50 plus years then. Which self-respecting nation does such a thing of going to UN for internal issues.
