I hope everyone heard the main problem with this case, because otherwise its a slam dunk for any lawsuit from retaliation, to unjustified stop, and lying on a police report(because they even said it was a minivan, not a big truck) and then we can have fun on the civil rights violations. From the first, the fourth, even the fifth( since they fabricated a way to make him talk without a lawyer present) , the 14th, and i am pretty sure a couple more with the vehicle veing a domicile(and i believe that the 8th and 14th will play in that one, but not totally sure)Now the actual problem with this case, is where its at, and why it needs to be put a stop to in this state, Florida and there weird laws that are designed to trample on peoples rights, and of course the judicial system there as well(whats the saying- birds of a feather flock together) since they will back their cops even when they are caught red handed(video, thank god for video)doing illegal actions. But i do still hope he files the lawsuit and makes them pay for it and badly. Because then maybe they will start getting rid and retrain these cops that are so stuck on finding a way to get a citizen when they have no legal right to do so.

If his tag is obstructed in any way its illegal, why a bike rack or handicap rack for wheelchairs and alike that block the whole license plate not illegal and the racks block the tag completely which means the cameras at tolls can not see the tag when running the following booths.
