The only other footage of the incident happening is from the point of view of a man being dragged to death half hanging out of a car. Bodycams fall off during normal scuffles, I doubt it caught the shooting while being dragged on the highway at 80mph. Cop landed a couple of shots before dying, and police caught up to the suspect crawling out of his car. The only bodycam footage at that point shows you what the cars dashcam sees. A bloody man walking out of the woods.

Over crowding is real. In my county they do not prosecute citizens for specific petty crimes(example: possession of cannabis) because the jails have reached maximum capacity because of the rise in violent crimes. Why was there ever an investigation? What could that cop have possibly done wrong here? Maybe it was just a routine investigation since it did involve shots being fired and two people being killed as a result, but why did anyone have to investigate to find out if the officers' actions were justified? I've had my own bad experiences with cops stepping out of line, but I never acted like that. I just pressed a record button. Problem solved, but it's actually quite sad to find out the officer died as well.
