And tubal ligation has about a 1 in 200 failure rate, thats actually pretty similar to other less permanent options. And it has less chances of user screwups like forgetting to take a pill or forgetting to get your shot or whatever form you use. I do wish it was easier to get hysterectomies and tubals for those of us who dont ever want kids but maybe in the future itll be less difficult.
