Hope. Candour. Responsibility. Hope - supporting positive growth and building resilience in people who are in need of support and strength. Candour - openness and honesty about real life, the ups and the downs. Responsibility - environmental consciousness and sustainability, ensuring ethical practices the entire way through the production chain, and supporting charity with our profits.

There's absolutely no point in making a big list of meaningless words, and calling them values. Thank you for sharing this sneak from your program! Wonderful video, keep it up!

Second time I got back to this video! But this time with real intention of starting a bussines! As for the previous time I was here I used to conduct a market research for a school project of mine, but that didn't end up to my likings and I actually had no clue what I was doing back then. Now, many information richer and ready to get into bussines with an actual passion rather than HAVING to. Can't thank you enough for the great free value Tamir 🙏

2:51 if integrity, respect and excellence are not actionable values. Can you give me an example of an actionable value statement?

Thank you. It may take me a while to respond. But I do read every comment. So if you have any questions or topics you’d like me to do videos on, feel free to write them in the comments and I will get around to answering them. Also. Have you taken our free business triage quiz on our website?

Kindness, Quality, and Positive Impact. It IS EASY to say, but very hard to follow as part of the business DNA. I assume that is where the systems and processes come from.

This is why it’s a lot more difficult than just coming up with the words. It’s how are you going to live and breathe this. But yes, this is a GREAT first step. Once you determine how to make these part of your business DNA, then yes, systems, processes, even policies, strategy, hiring, work culture, marketing… pretty much everything will play a part to align everyone to what matters most to you. Keep going 🚀🔥

Just out of curiosity, what grammar mistakes are you referring to? And what makes you discount otherwise seemingly good advice?
