Hey Paul, going old school with the Citric Acid, too cool! I have done that in the past when I ran into soaped up carpets and it really works. Many years ago when using a portable HWE I ran into a carpet someone had cleaned with Lysol and it foamed up in the hose and clogged the vacuum. There was no way to fix that carpet as it actually felt slime and gooey it was so bad. Ah the stories we could tell, looks like you knew what to do, good job old man.

Hey good acronym SET. SOIL EXTRACTION TECNOLOGY. I like it
@carey48632 жыл бұрын
Always, Always, ALWAYS add defoamer or suppressor to your recovery tank before cleaning anything ! You never know what someone else left behind ( Obviously this refers to extractors portable, hot water and truck mount ) 😁

Great job!!! 2 questions: 1) what happens if your second pad gets saturated to the point where it’s no longer absorbing the foam? Do you just swap the pads? How many square feet can you get on average with one pad? I want to make sure I am not sucking in any foam into my machine. 2) can you please provide the link for the orbital machine? Or share the name, make/model? Thank you!

It is our duty to do the best job possible. I am a small, just started business and I would never do this to a customer. My investment isn’t this call but rather continued business.

Looks good. We'll done. Have you considered using a pump with a fan tip for a very even layer of citric acid before extraction.
@procarpetcleaning2 жыл бұрын
I’d do it after extraction. Otherwise the citric acid would neautralize the cleaning product

Hi Paul I was just meaning instead of your hand trigger sprayer that you were using but didn't like the soft plastic container. For that process. Anyway just a suggestion. Thanks for sharing 👍

amazing job Pauly C!! I have a question that maybe you could answer quickly for me. When I do a SETT carpet cleaning procedure, how much solution should I be using for each room? and how wet should the carpets be when I leave? I don't want to use too much, and leave them too wet to the point where it takes too long to dry. However, I don't want to under wet the carpets either. Thank you for the help!!

I like to prespot all the visible stuff first with my spotter and drill brush. Then I usually use no more then 1/2 gallon on each room shower feeding. However if it’s not to soiled I can do 5 rooms with 2 gallons 👍🏼

Why you started with scrub pad instead of using bonnet?

@@FuuWindom I think its a pretty good improvement, I do HWE and I think its superior. However, My equipment probably cost 30k more so I'm going to incorporate encap as well I believe.

Do you know if the Spray bottles have seperately sold Trigger Sprayers.With the bottles being Wide,one gets bottles but no sprayers when they break..

PH test carpet before cleaning 😁 High ph or alkaline= soapy, foamy etc Rinse with Acid or lower ph = balance = no soapy residue = success 😁 So, easy ph "math" method= you always want the sum or # 15 example ph test shows level of 9 use something with a ph of around 6 or as close as possible 9+6=15 😄 If your 2 numbers = 15 you have neutralized ph for the most part Old school cleaners trick 😀
