Personally I just sat back, relaxed, and enjoyed it. There comes a time when you just have to throw your hands up and say some higher power really has it in for your club. All 3 senior CBs out for the year plus the two DMs that can slot in fairly well injured is that time. That said it wouldn't be a huge challenge to get top 4 if the refs and VAR weren't robbing points from them on the regular on top of the injuries...

This season is a bizarre fiasco that is entirely unlikely to repeat between the lack of fans, continuous games every 3/4 days for months, and blatant poor officiating issues across the league. And, of course, the injuries (primarily caused by the aforementioned continuous stream of games every 3/4 days). Enjoy the performances when you can (that Bobby assist!) but at the end of the game go back to real life and don't let it make you crazy...
