(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful or accepting the risk.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste root and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the security.enterprise_roots.enabled preference to switch the value from false to true

i typed into the address bar and came up with nothing but a message saying network was reset Iam constantantly getting error messages saying either no domain found or dns server could not be found ect.. I have reset the networking adapters several times and proxy to none. Once in a while i can connect to You tube and only one web page from the Google or Edge web page . I cannot go anyfarther and I have to close one webpage in order to move to the next but usually I will get those messages again with no connection. Help if you can . I am running a NDIS adapter thru my cellular phone with unlimited data at 425mbps.. Do you think my carrier is throttling services? I have checked in developer mode and see no throttling
