This could sell in the gift shop next to an exhibition of the Domesday Book. So in that way Penguin could cash in. I remember there being plenty of Magna Carta related items in the British Library when they had an exhibition some years ago...

Les Miserables is my favourite novel, i've never seen the musical. I'm not really defending the book, but i do enjoy it.

Perhaps they were misinformed that Andrew Lloyd Weber was going to make it into a musical?

It's kind of irrational how upset I am that Morrissey has a penguin classic.

By comparison, Samuel Pepys's diary suddenly has literary merit.

Why does Penguin's edition of Domesday Book exist? An editor at Penguin really hated trees.

They must regret the Morrissey now. It has been the target of such opprobrium. Heaven knows why they did this one. Maybe they were persuaded it would be a public service.

Since the first time you got this book in the mail (circa 2017) for no apparent reason, i 've found the image of you holding this monstrous brick very much disturbing .

The historical footnotes would be a great read! How it was pulled off the political makeup at the time etc. Why didn't penguin go that route?! I to am confused.
