They left it out. The cooktop has a built in vent. I would’ve preferred a vent but I believe they left it out for the aesthetic

750 for small back yard, no grass, and no fans in bedrooms is crazy. The house looks like a hotel room all over. This is too much for el paso

As an Architect I can tell how much they tried to make this look upper tier and failed, theres a rule of thumb, circulation space/ hallways cannot exceed 12%-15% of total space since you will be paying high for it and you wont use it, here you can see forced details and a lot of unusable space on the open areas but fancy finishes to make up for it (not blending in properly btw). Poor design job for a 700k+ house. Also, how did they dare to use dark exterior colors and finishes over EIFS (I assume) in the summer temps from el Paso...
