My son always told me to listen more. Thank you Satya Ji. I learned today what meditation really is about. Many guru's make a huge point of spirituality but Satya Ji handled me satisfying and easy but powerful tools.

This is exactly what I experienced recently. Since Yogis sit for long hours and meditate I thought let me try this. After some weeks I started feeling a little frustrated. I didn't know why. I stopped doing it. Instead started doing a Seva which I really love. This time I felt even more happy than before doing this Seva. Both my creativity and energy in this Seva increased. I was puzzled. Seeing today's video, I got my answer. Thank you.

I wish I was stable enough in life to apply these teachings...
@manojshiva136 ай бұрын
Me too. But I think stability comes with adjusting to the flow. It's an everyday job. It happens but we have to give it time with right actions and sincerity and accepting the process of pain. I learned that I have to just be small, like a nobody and not think I'm am special, just a mere life.. and submitt to the life flow in the now like there is no tomorrow at all.
@luciiza_21166 ай бұрын
Examine the thought that you "aren't stable enough" as it arises. That's when you're stable. When it keeps coming back, remind yourself that stability is only acquired when you comfortable with the instability. The instability is only a belief - so see it for what it is and diffuse it on the spot. Gradually you'll re-wire. Takes years tho.
@princonsuella_6 ай бұрын
@@manojshiva13 yeah... I understand, but I meant stable in life. When you have to survive all the time, financial issues, not having a home, makes it quite hard to keep a routine and actually practice, you know? It also prompts lots of emotional turmoil. So, too much instability all together.
@princonsuella_6 ай бұрын
@@luciiza_2116 yeah, it takes a long time. Even longer when you have to heal traumas, have to move all the time, lose jobs and so on... It's hard to keep a stable practice when you struggle so much to meet the basics. I was raised by a narcissist, so my mental state hasn't been good either from the start... That's what I mean by stability. You've gotta have something going for you, otherwise, your mind will only focus in unhealed subconscious traumas and the things you should be doing.
@manojshiva136 ай бұрын
@@princonsuella_ No.. as is inside.. so is the outside. We think we are tangled up. We show the outside mess and think its the cause of misery. No it's not. Fix the inside, the outer changes rapidly.. Believe me.

Thanks I can understand that. I use the seed mantras and can see the difference with the higher chakra's that deal with thoughts and Ram as more actions and things to create. One can always create higher thoughts in the world so if you try to express them into the world of media a thousand trolls pop out so better to write them lol.

i agree with most of what you are saying here but you say we are not doers, we are just a vessel through which things are happening, but really that implies that we can never choose our own course of action.. that may be so but i prefer to think that we have free will and we can make choices i might be wrong but to just feel that we never have any free will is just depressing as that suggests that nothing we ever do can ever really make any difference and that it's all preplanned i might be wrong but i prefer to think we were given free will.. otherwise we are just actors in a very long pre-written play.. and no God would find any reason to do that or to create that.. why would a creator of the universe want to create a pre-planned universe? i don't think they would i think they gave us free will so they could see what we would do, and to relieve the boredom of knowing every single thing that will ever happen at every moment (which is possibly how the creator felt before he created free thinking free willed beings who could make their own choices.. Which would be much more entertaining for the creator to watch, like an amazing film he does not know what will happen next in but there could be amazing things thanks for your videos, I'm very glad you post them
@CastleHassall5 ай бұрын
hey i just thought, maybe on the really tough days we are giving the Creator a chance to see how we will deal with those really tough moments so maybe even in our suffering we are helping God to feel proud and happy, or emotionally touched, or hopeful even!!! that we are trying to do what's good in our moments, being compassionate, trying to make things better for good hearted people etc so even in our suffering days maybe we are helping the Creator to feel touched that we are trying to be noble and good hearted and even in the times we fail to do that maybe the fact we try to get back on track touches God too.. and can inspire and give hope to and lift the spirits of others too and maybe help the universe in some way by our trying to build positive good ways of being and consideration for other beings/nature etc

It really helps to clean out the system, bringing vitality and juice to your experience. It also greatly enhances and supports other practices you may be doing, as it removes the blockages in the way of cultivating wisdom energy. 🙏 www.satyaspeaks.net/catharsis Satya Speaks Team
