It’s a really hard thing to do and process. You think by trying to convince the other person or try harder is the right thing to do but honestly that’s never going to work. Just think about it, people don’t just wake up one day and decide to break up with you. For the most part it’s a decision being made over weeks or months. So at the point you are broken up with there’s not much you can say or do to change the other persons mind. After my girlfriend broke up with me, I tried really hard to “win her back” for about 3 weeks and I wasn’t getting anywhere with doing that. If anything I further pushed her away. No contact is the way to go imo. You fall off the face of the earth and the other person is wondering what you’re doing, who your with etc. if they cared about you, there mind will be running wild as to what you’re up to and leave them wondering if they made the right decision. When you go no contact IMMEDIATELY after a break up it mind fucks the other person because they’re expecting you to beg and plead but when you don’t do that, you look like a person that holds themselves to a high standard.

She ended up seeing me one afternoon having lunch with a cute girl who was ten years her junior and it drove her nuts! She came right back chasing me down with all guns blazing. Funny.

I have this situation my ex is married living in Australia according to her she married her because of her parents but today I talked to her and she said if you come here live with me I'll leave him live with you. And i said you come here then she said she can't because she has to leave her parents permanently. So I'm so confused with this I know she is playing She doesn't want to be with me and she knows I can't come there but she can come here. What should I do and she says she is always available whenever I need her but this is her terms.
