Jannah would not be heaven without family and loved ones. While each person will have their own homes and gardens, the reunions of family will give plenty of time to be with family, and not just your close relatives. Your ancestors from the dawn of time are eager to meet you, your children’s children’s children are anxious to greet you, and everyone you have loved and lost are standing at Jannah’s gates with arms outstretched.

1. And you can’t get to Jannah unless you treat your family in a way that Allah is pleased. 2. Qur’an, 13:23 3. I want to go out and fight alongside you. 4. Do you have a mother? 5. Yes. 6. Then go stay with her because Paradise is beneath her feet. 7. O Rasulullah (PBUH), I left my parents crying. 8. Go back to them and make them laugh the same way that you made them cry. 9. Your father is the middle gate of Jannah. 10. Qur’an, 52:21 11. Allah will never decrease anyone… 12. Allah joins you at the highest level possible. 13. No one is single in Jannah. 14. Qur’an, 56:35 15. You miss your spouse seventy times more every time you part from one another. 16. And you have that much more joy every time you come back to each other. 17. The children of the believers will be in Paradise, being cared for by Ibrahim (AS) and Sarah, until they give them back to their parents on the Day of Judgement. 18. They wait at the gates of Paradise and they refuse to enter without their parents.

I never met my paternal grandfather and my maternal grandmother both died when my parents were really young. I heard many beautiful testimonies from people about them. How generous, kind and righteous they were. I really want to be with them in Jannah especially my first ancestor that accepted Islam on both sides of my family.
