4 Tbsp. Butter
10 Oz (284g) Mini Marshmallows
1/2 Cup (135g) Peanut Butter
6 Cups (about 234g) Reese's Puffs Cereal

Bigger bowl facilitates easier mixing. Peanut butter/marsmallow mixture is time sensitive so having pan prepped beforehand crucial. Go from stovetop to pan immediately. Helps keep bar mixture from sticking to bowl like it did and also saves unnecessarily greasing your hands to press into pan. The spatula will work fine. Also over mixing marshmallow mixture will cause it to set pretty hard. If you’d prefer softer bars mix as little as necessary and actually fold gently instead.
