I actually just booked Ohana a few days ago for my trip in December. I'm very excited to go because I love all you can eat and Stitch is my favorite Disney character. I already know what outfit I'm going to wear and I'm going to wear my Lilo & Stitch I got handmade from Etsy. I am ready!!

Ohana breakfast is our traditional end of Disney World trip breakfast.

The POG mimosa at breakfast was a winner. We visited mid-September and the character breakfast was not yet back at the Poly.

I ate a late dinner at Ohana (walk up availability, which was such a nice surprise) - expensive, yes, but I really enjoyed the food. (I got the plant-based skillet and was very happy.) So I'd vote dinner and would gladly do it again.

I love when you guys do these reviews and I was trying so hard to pay attention but I lost it when around 6:30ish behind Sage a girl was brushing her hair at the table. You don't do that around food, people! Doesn't matter if her table is cleared and they were almost leaving, you go to the bathroom to do that.

The tables are so close together. They are close in all WDW restaurants, but it seems really extreme here.

Year and years and years ago (like in the early 80s) we ate there a lot since we usually stayed at Poly but I haven't eaten there probably since the late 90s. Not a character meal fan, not an all you care to enjoy or buffet fan since I don't eat a huge amount of food at one time and it's a waste of money for me.

My Fiancé and I will be taking our honeymoon in Disney in 2 1/2 weeks. We are staying at the Polynesian but despite many attempts can’t get a reservation at Ohana. Any tips for snagging one beyond just praying for walk up availability.

If its just for the food, order room service. Anyone staying in the hotel can order room service from Ohana. If it's more for the atmosphere, idk what to tell you other than, pray for walkup availability. Lol

Spend a few bucks for a month subscription to a reservation finding service. I used mousekepros, but there’s several: mousedining, stakeout, etc. They will send you a text if a reservation opens up during your chosen day/time then you just have to be super quick to book it before someone else does. I have heard that you should NOT click the link in the text but rather go to the app and search for it. I’m not sure how much truth there is to that, but that’s what I did and I got it. I will tell you that the VAST majority of alerts I got were from 24-48 hours before the reservation-people cancel then to avoid the fee for cancellation

You can get most of the food in the adjacent lounge. It’s not all you can eat but it’s basically the same atmosphere and you can get the noodles, wings, bread pudding, and drinks.
