I'm looking into getting started in this market this year. One thing that annoys me which my family always say about a property that has been up for sale a while is "If it was any good it'd be gone already". Its really frustrating!

I disagree, there is a loads of factors why a property doesn't sell... and most of them are usually irrelevant and means a nice discount :)

do people use under sink water heaters? i have an Ariston and get it serviced for £50 a year but its not a full service which is required to keep it in warranty which is around £120 and a new unit is only £110 to buy what do people recommend?

Hi Jamie I’m looking to buy a new house to live in and rent out my existing flat! Existing flat will require some refurb...is this refurb best funded by me now from my own funds or should I do the refurb after its on a BTL mortgage to mitigate tax, then refinance to new product after 6months! Cheers...avidly watching all your vids...great info! 😀
