I'm curious to know about the school where YOU train...is there a separate dressing area? Do you train somewhere with heat and air-conditioning? And what's the parking situation there? Hit me below!

I train at Bonekrushers Training Center in Cincinnati, OH. This school trained superstars such as "Wildcat" Chris Harris, "Machine Gun" Karl Anderson, and "The Monster" Abyss. We do have running water and most of my fellow trainees come ready to train but in case they don't there is a changing area. We do not have AC so summers get pretty hot but we do have heating though. We do have running water and do provide bottled water as long as we pay for them. Our more advanced trainees bring their ring gear (i.e, masks, jackets, shirts, etc.) in case they get pulled aside for an impromtu promo for an event. It's an amazing place to train and highly recommend it

@@TilWeMakeIt The head trainer is Roger Ruffin. He wrestled around the area and also reffed for the WWF (he was the ref for Piper/Hart at Wrestlemania 8).

@@wilsonsimons12 fyi some the most in shape athletes if trained right in wrestling had tapped out. Its a different beast. Ring cardio is way different. If smoke it might be little harder. Just always push yourself to limits you never have before and believe in yourself and you will be fine. Also just listen and learn and never think you know more than the veterans. Shake everyone's hand and introduce yourself. Always help set up and tear down ring if need be as even veterans been in biz for many years still do it. Good luck to yall

@@wilsonsimons12 just keep coming back. It will be tough at first until get your cardio and breathing right plus some the pain from the bumps and such but trust me you will be proud of yourself in the end my friend. Aslong as dont puke in ring your good. Fyi not sure if they taught you or not but always wipe your boots off on outside of ring apron before get in ring. Its respect to the next man as there all types of stuff on outside ring . Well of course you cant do that during a match if thrown out of ring then get back in. They teach you the handshake yet ? Keep me posted on how progress going. Any questions feel free ask. Good luck

I support the notion about the side-coach. I have been to many a training where a rookie thought they'd had to correct things atop the trainer, and not few of these training sessions ended up with said rookie frustrated and put back into their place by the respective trainer.

I injured myself first day of training i landed on my shoulder and now have a ac separation. Its been alot for me mentally swallowing my pride and patient with myself. And the idea of having to be tough and power through a Injury is unrealistic. So my new game plan is to work around the injury and sit out and take notes😊

I'm sure you're used to it by now, but as a fun scientific note: When you are experiencing issues with your equilibrium, such as spinning and rolling a lot, it can cause feelings of nausea. You wouldn't think that your equilibrium and your stomach would be linked like that, but there you go! The body and brain are crazy like that.

I don't know, you have to find one in your area where you live or move out of town in order to get trained at the school you want to go to, but you'll have to look for a new place to live, figure out how much it's going to cost on top of transportation (which means how you're going to get there and back) in addition to food. Which is a lot of money, so I recommend that you find one closer to where you live.
