Please make an updated 2022 version. On android studio now you have to select either "swift or objective-c" for IOS and "java or kotlin" for Android, no option to not to select flutter or dart. Please help this is confusing since android studio looks different now.

TADA!!! scaffold project created...took me a while to find the answer as I am a noob also xD

I dont see or understand the last part about seeing open widget sample at the top of the sample => press "go". I do not see anything fitting this description. Anyone have any ideas? Ive tried a few google searches but no answers, most discussions are 6+months old and not up to date with the current release of Android Studio.

Only started with it all today but have hit the wall with this issue. Its a shame i cant figure it out or find an answer anywhere. I may have to abandon this App Brewery's tutorial and look at one that uses the latest versions. Thanks anyway.

@@anujtalwar File->Settings->Language & Framework->Flutter Choose flutter SDK path: the first time we install flutter, we choose the location where the flutter should be installed. Choose this location. Click OK and the android studio will refresh. Carry on if the problem is solved. If you are still stuck with the error. Goto this link and install Dart. Goto the same place in settings, ..Language & Framework->Dart and chose the SDK location.

@@hl6903 u have to open the testfile you should find it in the folder on the leftside. Now you have to change the name "myApp" into the name you used in your main.dart file(Probably MaterialApp if you followed step by step). After youve done that save it(cmd + s).The problem should be fixed with this.
