I am a new real estate agent in California and I am so confused. First I was overwhelmed with the capping structure all the different costs thousands and thousands of dollars worth of costs that come out of my commission and I’m just overwhelmed then all of the training they threw it all at you at one time all these apps and calendars and different things and I don’t know what to do with them, I don’t know who’s supposed to show me what where when and how

Reading that now has me overwhelmed….lol. Start with understanding the process from start to finish. I have a video that explains it. Memorize that…. Then start generating leads. You’ll figure out the rest once you have a client.

$22,000 Comes out of commission and it’s capped, over $1400 association, $7500 out of commissions and capped for Productivity coach, Mentor another 10% off commission, $70.00 monthly office, and everything else that you need cost money to. Is this normal?

Nothings normal anymore….lol. Some people never capp. It’s more about the value you get. I have a video one my commission structure.
