a good example of development name vs release name: Valorant was announced and internally called "Project A". It got the name Valorant when it released after a successful closed beta.

I am the type to come up with a name that is very descriptive that takes 2 to 5 words but these names are never what I would call whatever I am making. It takes me a minute tops to come up with them and the only thing it needs is to be something I can refer to it as. If and when I release any of these I will spend hours trying to come up with an apropreate name for it but I would only do that when showing it to an audience, something I am nowhere near my game dev journey to do.

Exactly! You can focus on development and avoid "analysis paralysis" that comes with trying to make big decisions at the start, such as coming up with a name

started playing Doom its a run and gun game so i searched "run and gun god name" it showed up Perun. so just called it Project Perun. So a game i was thinking of making when i was a kid was a rts fps hybrid game so i googled "control shooter god name" it gave me Apollo and Helios so ill call it Helios Apollo Endeavor for short HAE Game.
