H1B is bad only for indians and chinese. For other people they get their greencard in 2 years or so. It is not Americas fault that thousands of indians are applying.

The MS market in US is a business. Many people dont get funding. So they are making money off international applicants and sending them back.

20K additional cap is for MS or PhD students in US. So, if you are trying for H1B after your MS in US, you will have a shot at 85000 visas but someone from Infosys trying it will only have a shot at 65000 visas.

Ma’am , you are just making money posting all this . Once the application season would start you would post videos showing the rosy picture of studying in US, Top 20 universities, high ROI universities etc . And once the admission season is over all these posts . Why not warn students about the challenges during the admission season itself .

reputation wise, Purdue is more reputed. If he is going for undergrad, he can even try transferring to a better college later on. I saw many students transfer from Purdue to UIUC etc.
