The ummah really needs to hear this. Arabs have always had to hear this… but now, with refugees coming in from majority Muslim countries, it’s shocking how unaccepting Muslims are at the masjids. They’re actually resentful. They’re angry that refugees dress strangely- knowing full well that these are donations they’ve pulled together into an acceptable outfit. They hate that they’re draining the public school funds for translation services- but not volunteering to give English language lessons. It’s heartbreaking.

Make dua to Allah to cleanse your heart. ‘Oh Allah make my heart a Kaaba containing only your name , leaving not little space for this world and darkness. May my heart not become like one that which you our Creator who has created it, not like it. Some specific duas are Ya Muqallibal qulub, thabbit qalbi 'ala dinik. ' Translation: O Turner of hearts, keep my heart steadfast on your Din. رَبَّنَا أَتْمِمْ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَاغْفِرْ لَنَا ۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.
