Having intention or not is not really relevant to USCIS in this case. You should stay in your field of endeavor...the longer you stay outside the field the higher the chances to run into problems. Sometimes it may be unavoidable due to economic/hardship issues, but you should quickly go back to your field

@@juanmrojas9536 No dice en la pagina el por que, solo da el estatus, le van a enviar la carta a los abogados (de la empresa) con la razon y espero me la digan, para el RFE el uscis dijo que era porque no se veia que mi caso beneficiara al pais y mas bien solo a la empresa, en cuanto sepa la razon comento por aqui cual fue, saludos y suerte en tu proceso

In my approved NIW application, my lawyer put up the endeavor as "doing computer science research", but I ended up finding a job in the industry as a software engineer. I wonder if that would cause problems to my AOS application later

He is focused on illegal immigrants- meaning those that walked into the US without no documentation, committing crimes such as murder, rape etc. He is interested in immigrants who can help develop the economy. at the bare minimum one should stay in the field of endeavor and should be able to show they made reasonable efforts to pursue the specific endeavor that was proposed.

According to his website, he got his green card in 2019. Until 2022 he was working full time as a scientist according to his LinkedIn. There is no misrepresentation here, so I don't see why Oscar would be worried. Additionally, it's been 5 years, he might already be a citizen or at least in the process of becoming one

Oscar i asked one lower to review the letter he said 100% is fake letter from USCIS .. there is a lot of grammar error and he said never share details on their letter ,, not sure the reason the guy created this letter, but it was fake letter .. unless he share his case i can consider it is fake

In this day and age you never know when something is real and when it isn't. It appears legit to me, but regardless of that, the message still stand: misrepresentation is for sure something anyone should be VERY careful with!
