[ Mini Mushroom Burger with Prawn Paste ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 20pcs White Button Mushroom
🍳 10 slices of Cucumber Slice
🍳 10 slices of Cherry Tomato
🍳 10 Slices of Cheese Slice
🍳 Prawn Paste
🍳 Salt and Black Pepper
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Remove stalk from mushroom
2. Slice Cheese, Cucumber and Cherry Tomato
3. Add prawn paste into mushroom cavity
4. Sauté mushroom (both sides)
5. Season with salt and black pepper
6. Lay all the slices
7. Close the lid to allow cheese to melt
8. Stick all together with a toothpick
