It's mad how we've attached to technology. Like how personally I take a negative reply to my comments when they're literally pixels on a screen, read by someone else in the world who doesn't even know who I am, what I look like or anything about me. The fact my ego can make me feel bad, even though I know this, is really stupid when you break it down. Even knowing this though I'll still get pissed off when someone who I don't even know exists decides to talk to me like shit for no reason haha. It's not even me they're talking to, it's just a comment anyone could have wrote but I allow it to physically make me feel low and sad. Ridiculous really hahaha

I went thru a phrase of new age but this is explained completely diff. Funny thing is the bible verses even more show this truth.. seek his face and you will see the truth and in turn be set free. . It’s so weird because I have experienced this awareness behind the mind for about 4 days and everything was beautiful I was just in this beingness. I still was thinking, but it was different. Sorry I’m 2 years late lol. Don’t make it the Self VS the egoic self. That’s just the mind arguing with itself. It’s more like you have the “surface” self, the individual identity, ego body-mind and you are the deepest essence, the Self which is same and ONE with ALL that exist in the universe. The ego is not bad or good, it just is what it is. Without it we couldn’t have this human experience.

Hi Aaron, first of all I just wanna say I love the way you explain things, you should deserve way more subscriptions. I got to a point where I feel like my mind😉 is driving me crazy. I have been researching awarness, consciousness for a long time and although I think I grasp the point of it and love it at the same time I don't seem to have any change in my life, I didn't experience an immediate shift in my identity after I realise we are consciousness, I wasn't filled with infinite love as many say. It seems that I get what it's all about and I'm very excited about it but can't feel anything really and it's starting to get really painful. Am I just incapable of feeling it? Please help, I need some answers. Thanks!

Dig what your saying at 11:00 or so... I know that to be called "A unitive experience" & I first experienced this as a teenager while shooting pool. "When the shot shoots itself" is how iv always explained it to people. The way you are explaining it reminds me of the explanation of "The Id" the childlike voice inside that says pssst you are about to make a mistake... and then, you miss. In your explanation it is as if "the ID" & the mind are almost interchangeable concepts or at least in that example, kinda fun to think about. 1.Could you speak of the relationship between nondual awareness and the ignition of kundalini? So many nonduals never speak of about their own kundalini and so many kundalini-experiencers never attain nonduality or speak of it. Do they exclude eachother? 2. We did live as our truer more authentic selves. Partially because yes we just came from "the other side",were all born with our "gifts" intact. As we grow watch others and how they don't see what we see, when we're little, they don't see or hear these things so then we begin to stop seeing things and being our more authentic selves anymore. Also we're told by everyone that nothing is there and we should and MUST act like everyone else. Our natural selves are not nurtured. I know this, not only from having my own abilities but from my son being born a powerful psychic. He would talk about his past lives it was really neat to hear about. I believed him and listened to him when he would see "Jake" my poppi sitting in the corner of the room, who I later found out past away. Then a psychic told me that he would let go of his abilities because he would see scary things. So later when that happened, I gave him the choice, if he wanted to stop seeing the good and bad, don't look don't listen BELIEVE nothing is there., it worked. So although I nurtured his truest self, going to school and actually having a class that taught him "how to be a good citizen" he changed. Not his truest self but still amazing. I know I went on a bit. Hopefully I answered your question. 🙏💫✨💕
