My mistakes have me doing things 70 yr old people just don't tackle. But there is necessity in my life to correct mistakes I've made. The pain of my mistakes rips at my heart. I can't reverse it. Not on my own. Finding God is difficult with such pain. It shuts me down.lm trying to turn my eyes towards Jesus. Right now I fight comdemnation. But I will succeed. God is greater and I know my scriptures.

Also if God forgives your sins why wouldn’t you forgive yourself as well…. Otherwise you’ll stay stuck when God wants you moving.

The difference between Christians and others is that we can be weak, sick and fail, but celebrate our weakness as sickliness knowing that god encourages it. Our feeling of moving away from God is ironically what brings us closer to God. Feeling guilty it’s what makes us Christian. My non-Christian friends just don’t have this guilt but I’m afraid to separate from God to not reach heaven so I have no choice but to feel this guilt. I am sure that feeling guilt is really an important part of being a real Christian. Sickliness and guilt brings us together as true Christians. Together and down, but together beneath Him.

I’ve going through something lately and woke up with a feeling in my heart that made me think about forgiveness. I was asking God to touch someone’s heart to forgive me and realized how I can I have the audacity to ask for this person’s forgiveness when I haven’t been an example of forgiveness to others myself. I started praying and asked for forgiveness to the things I’ve done and forgave people who have wronged me. I’ve been doing a devotion about forgiveness workout before watching this podcast and asked God to touch my soul with his word. This was the 2nd video I saw after typing “forgiveness pastor steven”. As soon as Pastor Steven made me realize that my maker is my mirror, and that the Giant I am facing means that my God is just as great as I see my enemies, it made me cry because I now understand that God is a forgiving God. He knows what I am going through right now, and this is the exact message that he wants me to receive. Thank you Pastor Steven 🤍

I was asked this evening to co-facilitate nationwide online Stepping into Freedom which is a Christian based 12 step program offered by Living Free Ministries! I thought I was just going to facilitate in Farmington NM at the little church I occasionally attend. Occasionally because the leaders are not willing to get out of the box and that’s what I do! I wandered in the wilderness for 41 years…1 year on the Israelites!😂. God blew my mind tonight and my talents, accomplishments and survival without any support or family…just God..are going to blow minds of those who are lost and struggling! I'm so glad I came across this video. Its 5am and I can't sleep because of my memories and the trauma of my past. I have a 9 year old son that I don't have rights to because the only way to get out from under his emotionally abusive father was to let him go. I'm pregnant now, due in January, and I'm praying that I will be a good mom to this precious little boy. I needed this video to remind me that my past and my mistakes don't define me, that if God didn't think I could be a good mom to this baby that I wouldn't be having him. God doesn't make mistakes...ever.

Ty pastor I been follfollowing for over qyr. Still backsliding. I smoke cigarettes and through this video I learned every mistake cigarettes included I rewatch this on ove 3 videos a day. The first 15 are caused by cigarettes the others 20ish is for every time I don't allow God to hold my mirror praise Jesus every day for your Pastoring. I belong via online to Ballantine

Beware, Steven Furtick’s fundamentals are wrong resulting in him preaching a “self” man centered doctrine instead of a “selfless” God centered doctrine. For example: He preaches to love yourself and self forgiveness. No where in the Bible does it command us to do either. Both are self focussed. Self is the problem and it leads to our sins.
