Your New Favourite Drink for Spring & Summer - Easy Limoncello Spritz Recipe

Hello Lovelies,
I went on a trip to Italy last year end of April. As I'm always on the lookout for new recipes and ideas, I found inspiration there as well. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to try everything. So, I brought back some Limoncello to try at home. However, I didn't enjoy the pure taste of Limoncello at all. It was too sweet for me, and I missed the refreshing acidity that lemons provide. That's why I started searching for delicious Limoncello drinks and discovered the Limoncello Spritz. I had to try it right away. Today, I'm sharing my version of this drink, which I believe is the perfect spring and summer drink. It's lemony, fruity, and very refreshing! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
(for one Limoncello Spritz)
- ice cubes
- 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2-4 cl lemon juice
- 4 cl Limoncello
- 100-150 ml Prosecco
- 50-100 ml sparkling water
- mint leaves for garnish
