@@SoulsCalling777 I’m two years into my treatment and it got me walking again after a year in a wheelchair. It works. Stay consistent and remember detoxing is super important for your success. My cycle is, sting, then the next day detox because that’s the day I feel like I have the most painful flu. Bvt will bring everything up, waking up all the dormant illness so it’s not easy, but it’s better than untimely and slow demise from lyme. It’s been the most painful experience of my life (lyme and healing from it), but God showed me the bees. I prayed on my knees for hope to heal and a bee sat next to me for like 15 minutes. At first I was confused but within one day I met a person they introduced me to bvt. I’m working with herbs and propolis now too, because I’ve had this disease for over 20 years (didn’t know). I recommend joining Facebook groups if you can, just to read others experiences if you’re not doing that already. If you need a friend that understands, I’ll put my email in my “about” box on my page. You can always email me.

for pile 3: something that’s helped me tremendously is doing EMDR. if you’ve grown up around one or more narcissists (and have CPTSD) or difficult people in general, EMDR relieves the fear. that helps you to get your power back and move past those types of experiences. there are a lot of EMDR videos on youtube. the one that has worked for me is from mind motion. i use it over and over until the fear and discomfort go away.

Pile 3 here- the line about "fear porn" really got to me because my parents constantly watch media that is "catastrophizes" current events. They already have a vendetta against anyone under the age of 50. SMH I'm almost 29 and I'm craving interactions with those my age, who still have hope for the future and want to live their best lives.
