What they wanted was just bowls of nuts right away. ( staffs literally pour them out in 2 sec. ) But since they requested with other stuff. It took awhile. And they did their nuts last. Just miscommunication.

I can’t see how giving them a nice bowl with some nuts immediately and saying “here’s you mini snack of nuts to hold you over while your full platters are being prepared by the chef. Can I refill anyones drink?” would have been a problem?

I see alot of people hating on the guest, but you seem to forget that the guests have peain ALOT of money to get special treatment, and the staff should spoil them rotten. Not letting them wait for half an hour for a fucking bowl of nuts, come on.... if they were at a cheap hotel, then yes, that knd of bad service is expected, but on a luxury yacht?? NO.
