How wide is the exhaust hose? Is it 5.1 inches or another diameter? And will the window slider extent up to 55 inches?

Hi! This one is a 5.1 inch and the max of the slider is 50 inches. Hope that helps!

I have this ac but I lost the manual, how do you drain the water out without using the hose? My ac keeps leaking all over the floor

Hi! This one should have come with the hose (of course) and if I'm not mistaken a tray inside as well. I worked with three models so I'm trying not to mix them all together. But ultimately you will want the hose. You can easily get a replacement online for sure and should be super cheap too. That's the best option

@@akeem741 I honestly didn't see a considerable increment. But I also live in a place that gets really hot and also have a Pool with the pump running for quite some hours. Can't really tell, sorry! 8,000/10,000 BTU for a 400/500 SQ FT room shouldn't be so bad. Above 1000 SQ FT could be a little.

@@darrenbaird6050 Oh that one is a super small hose. Like 1 1/2 inch diameter but long enough. Super easy to install. No issues.

@@darrenbaird6050 personally I don't use it. It's "recommended" but not mandatory. If you plan to use it for long periods of time then yes, you need to use it. But for a couple hours not needed. Hope it helps!

You can! It comes with the package. But it's not mandatory. I do, it's easier that way.

I used a saw I have with small dents for plastic. If you don't have tools the best but maybe not super saf3 way would be to heat a long knife and cut through the plastic with the hot metal. Hope that helps!
