Okay so it is now July 13th, 4 days after this video has been uploaded. I spent about 3 weeks putting this whole thing together and by the end of it I 100% felt that this was the BEST video I had ever made on any KZbin channel. I put my heart and soul into creating this and I am glad to say that the results were worth it. I like to set little milestones for myself to keep myself going and this video didn't knock out just 1 like I hoped it would; it knocked out THREE. 1. Get to 100 Subscribers (138 Now). 2. Get 100 Likes on a video (109 Now). 3. Get 1,000 Views on a video(1,500 now). The support and feedback I've gotten has been overwhelming and I'm happy to know that putting immense amount of work into this project paid off. 💖 I want y'all to know that this is only the BEGINNING of much more content to come. Unfortunately there won't be anything uploaded until August because I have to divert my attention onto other matters. But believe when I say you won't be disappointed with what I come out with next. In the meanwhile sharing this video, checking out my other ones, and just generally supporting will help out wonders. I look forward to hitting the next milestone with y'all. :) Oh, also I already know exactly what I'm doing for the next documentary 😏 Twitter: twitter.com/ASKtheTRUTH_ Snapchat: ask.thetruth

Great job bro. You provided context from all angles and hit the correct points. From the beginning of last season, that team was totally jacked up and had no chance to compete for a title. It got so bad many of us longed for the scrappy, effort, execution based and elite talent devoid teams that won 30-40 games but left it all out on the floor. You can build something with such a foundation. Hopefully, they are pouring a new foundation having learned from what happened.

unreal content from a celtics fan. can’t wait for next year with all the new additions and potential!!! kanter is a good fit but i hate that we lost baynes to get kemba but it’ll def be worth it. it’ll be wicked fun to watch what you think???

also i think gordon hayward is gonna be getting back to his old self next season. ankle injuries are tough for hoopers, especially playing against professionals to get your explosiveness back it’s difficult as hell. he’ll have a full offseason of healthy grind under his belt and i think it’ll be promising

@@mattbradley408 I'm replying to this a year late but you were pretty on point about Hayward. Even though we didn't make the Finals this yr was still pretty fun! Definitely looking forward to the changes Danny makes this off-season for a real run at a chip 💯

The original plan was reaching the conference finals or finals with Irving, Hayward, Horford, giving minutes to Tatum to show his talent then trade him and 3-4 1st round picks for AD so the starting 5 is Irving, Brown/Smart, Hayward, Horford, AD. Injuries, especially Hayward's injury destroyed the plan. Danny Ainge did the job for that original plan. On that situation, Irving would have been a part of a big 3 or some would say big 4, with a more distributed leadership, but because of injuries and subsequent overperforming of the young players, the team had hyped and talented young players, that put Irving in a unplanned, and very very hard leadership position and he failed miserably at it, I think at the beginning he did plan to stay and win several titles but the team failure, mostly because of Irving himself (yeah the main player have a bigger burden of the success/failure) he ended up quitting. Now, even thou the roster still have potential, the way JB and JT were viewed as trade assets or dudes the organization do not trust as future champions, they may end up living knowing they never were the players to take the team to championships. Crazy times to be a Celtics fan.

Yeah 100%. But that's the NBA for ya. Things that are *SUPPOSED* to happen don't happen like everyone thought it would. That's why it's hard to put a ceiling on this team. It's sincerely impossible to how they're gonna do.

Hell of a video bro!! Much praise from a Swedish Celtic fan 👏 Gotta ask tho, why is Terry and Jaylen Brown not a partly to blame for the early season struggles? Rozier was Obviously the guy being negative as we later saw in the ESPN interview he had, talking down about his teammates and how "he had to adjust to them" getting lesser minutes etc. And just like Jaylen, played HORRIBLY early on. Not saying they were the sole reason, but if not for their struggles, I do not believe Coach Stevens would force Gordon back inte starting line up, and both those guys lost their potentially starting spot because of their poor performance. Just look up their numbers and way of play the first 20 games, it was terrible. Unlike Irving, who is a superstar for a reason and fixed his struggles by putting hours in the gym, those two young guys did not improve significantly. Also, why in the hell would Spurs agree to take on Hayward? I get they were getting Brown, but that doesn't mean anything if they take on Hayward if they could get Derozan from the raptors? That potential trade, never had any potential imo (as a fan, I obviously know the best lmaoo jk) Btw, I'll cop the Irving Jersey if you can send it overseas, I'm on DM watch👀 Keep up the doc work!!
@askthetruth55745 жыл бұрын
Thanks man!! It's an honor to have viewers from all around the world! ❤️ Okay so firstly in regards to Terry Rozier and Jaylen Brown, yes, they're culpable too. That's why I made the section called "The Young Guys" as opposed to just "Jayson Tatum". This doc obviously isn't perfect and unfortunately I didn't include EVERYTHING and I wish I did but it came to a point where it was 3 weeks and no upload, so I just focused on making it look good since I thought 33 minutes of content would suffice and I could just address other things in the comments (this conversation for example lol). But yes, while I didn't explicitly say Rozier in the specific context of him trying to play for a contract as well as his final post-game interview with Boston as well as his ESPN interview, I did give other context of the overall mindset. But, yes, they played a part into it too. Partially with where their mindset was with the Miami story I provided. And as for the Hayward trade, Hayward's trade value at that point wasn't as low as it is at this point after the season because the last memory of Hayward was him putting up 21 a game and getting an all-star appearance. Which is why it was at least somewhat feesible. Unfortunately DeRozan really hasn't shown much throughout his career that he can be a reliable player come playoff time. And Jakob Poetl is..well.. Jakob Poetl. I think logically the Spurs would've 100% taken Hayward, Brown, and a Celtics 1st as opposed to DeRozan, Poetl, and a Raptors 1st. But these are just hypotheticals. I think you get the point Also I've converted my Kyrie jersey into a Kanter jersey 😂😂

Great video. You did an amazing job. But, only thing I gotta say is, yes the players are just like us. Regular people. But, if they want to be treated the same way then give back all your millions of dollars you make BECAUSE of fans. Regular people going out, hanging out with friends and being normal don't make millions of dollars being another cog in the wheel of life. These guys make unbelievable amount of money, from fans, then get mad because the fans have something to say..........
