Your permission to pass on Christmas

Just a reminder, even though it’s Christmas you don’t have to do anything!
I love Christmas but it can be overwhelming and there are certain expectations that you see people, you buy people presents.
And one of those things is secret Santa.
Having to buy something for someone you might not necessarily know very well within a limit, is just too much for my brain to handle.
You have permission to not go and see people because they dont bring you joy.
You have permission to not buy presents or secret santa.
Christma doesnt need to be a time full of pressure and keeping up with other people.
Here is your permission slip to do what you want to do.
