yes it is observed that gst officer are harrising many assesse , like physical verifivation, display of certificare etc.

Sir maine gst resistation karwaya tha officer site visit me liye Aya mere pas adhaar pan ki photo copy thi aur document ka print dikhaya officer ne dekhane se mana kar dia bole adhaar pan orginal ke bina nahi ho payega Mai gst resistation cancel kar duga

मैनै कुछ दिन पेहले जीएटी रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया था पर पोर्टल पर स्टेटस चेक किया तो अभी मुझे पोर्टल पर Site Verification Assigned 09/09/2024 Application is marked for Site verification यह मॅसेज दिखा रहा है तो क्या करना चाहिए

Sir, officer can reject mentioning any reason on Rejection Order, no one is verifying the rejection order, even if everything is fine(Aadhaar Authentication is a small point).. seen cases where after meeting Officer at GST office, registration is given.. iykyk what would have happened.
